Our Process

View Our Step By Step Process

01.

Customer Inquiry & Quotation

The process begins with receiving a customer enquiry along with technical drawings or specifications. A quotation is provided and, once approved, the order is confirmed. The team then reviews the design, creates CAD/CAM files, generates the G-code for machining, schedules the job, and sources the necessary materials.

02.

Setup & Machining

CNC machines are prepared with the appropriate tooling and fixturing. Materials are loaded, the G-code is uploaded, and the machining process begins. This stage includes milling, turning, drilling, or any required operation, with close monitoring to maintain accuracy.

03.

Inspection & Finishing

Parts undergo in-process and final quality checks to ensure all specifications and tolerances are met. Finishing processes such as deburring, cleaning, or surface treatments are carried out as needed to prepare the part for delivery.

04.

Packaging & Delivery

Finished parts are securely packaged and clearly labeled. Any necessary documentation, such as inspection reports or material certificates, is included. The order is shipped to the customer, followed by confirmation of delivery and satisfaction.

CNC Machining

What is CNC Machining?

CNC machining (Computer Numerical Control) is a high-precision cutting and shaping process used to create detailed wood components using computer-controlled tools. It allows us to produce custom, consistent, and complex designs with absolute accuracy — ideal for bespoke furniture, cabinetry, and joinery.

🔧 How It Works:

  1. Your design is created using CAD software (Computer-Aided Design).

  2. That design is translated into instructions (called G-code) for the CNC machine.

  3. The CNC machine then cuts, carves, drills, or engraves your design into the wood with millimetre-perfect precision — no guesswork, no waste.
